Technical Issues
I'll use this page to document any tech issues with playing back videos, access problems, or downloading course materials. None so far, but here are some problem-solving steps for various potential issues. If nothing here works, send me a message from the contact form.
Video Playback
The video streaming service and player I use are in use on hundreds of thousands of web sites, and are designed to be compatible and work for most anyone. Here are the things I'm going to ask you to do anyway, to try to solve the problem. You can start without me and help me get it taken care of more quickly.
Video/Audio Playback Problems:
- Log in with another device and if possible, on another network. Do the videos work there?
- Do videos look and sound ok on YouTube?
- Re-boot. How is it now?
You can help me by being specific as to what the problem is and exactly when it's happening. "Hey a video has garbled audio" won't help me help you, much. "The second video at this URL has garbled audio starting at 3:52" will help me immensely.
Password/Access Problems
Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with.
Go to the log-in page and reset your password.
